| | I agree with Prometheus. Since Gingrich and Santorum dropped out, Romney has puleld way ahead in the polls, even pulling even with President Barack Obama. Ron Paul is still in the race, but he never had much of a chance, trailing behind the other candidates in every primary. I'm not saying he's not a good candidate, but I hope he drops out, too. If he tries to run as an Independent, he will accomplish nothing but to split the Republican vote between himself and Romney, ensuring a victory for Barack Obama. Still, he seems like a smart guy and I doubt he would deliberately split the vote like that. |
